"We had previously viewed two other nurseries. When we viewed Little Wellies right from the off we were very impressed. All staff members engaged with our daughter and the manager was able to answer any questions we had . My daughter started in September which was a challenging time to start at the raindrops room was on with getting extended, but the whole process was handled so professionally it really wasn't a problem and their new room is amazing. This nursery really is outstanding we are so happy with our choice. All the staff are so kind and staff from other rooms even know our daughter's name. It's massively put ours minds at ease knowing our daughter is happy and being cared for. We literally couldn't ask for any more from this nursery."

"My daughter has attended here for the last year and always goes running through the door with excitement, pulling her coat off before she gets to her nursery room. She has formed several close friendships but enjoys playing with all the children, and taking part in all the activities on offer. "My little boy has attended little wellies since I returned to work after Mat leave (9 months old). He is now 3 years old. During this time, there has been changes in staff members (as expected in a small business over years) but the staff have always been brilliant (each and every one of them). The team leaders and management has been consistent and it's a well run team. My little boy has always enjoyed attending and he has progressed so much. I find there is a good range of activities and learning."

"Little Wellies Baildon is a great little nursery based in the heart of Baildon. It is very handy as it is so close to where we live making pick up and drop offs a breeze. The staff members are all very welcoming and informative about what my child has done throughout the day. They do lots of activities with them which is very nice to see. All the food is freshly made too by their chef which is excellent. The nursery is a very friendly and warm environment."

"My little girl has been thriving. She was a little timid and tearful at first. But has settled right in!
I can see how much fun she has by the state she comes home in! Letting children be children and what more could anyone want.
Honestly I was a very anxious mum, but the way they take care of my child and put my heart at ease the 10 times I do call throughout the day. Makes it so much easier for me to be at work and not worry about her.
My little girl is a lot more confident and doesn't mind playing independently anymore.
I absolutely love how attentive the staff are at the nursery and how they tend to each child's needs. They've figured out how to settle my little girl and how she likes to eat. Couldn't have chosen a better setting for her."

"My child has been attending for well over a year now, he started of in raindrops, then onto rainbows and now on to sunbeams. He has gone from strength to strength since starting, his speech and understanding of is amazing. He was a really fussy eater before starting at Little Wellies but now is eating more of a variety of different foods. First time using a nursery and would definitely definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who asks."

My little boy cries when we bring him home and it's brought on his speech / social development leaps. The manager Emma has been an absolute star with everything, as well as the staff in Rainbows who my son adores. All the kids are happy when I drop off and pick up, they do so many activities and outdoor play. My son is a very fussy eater with a dairy intolerance and the staff go above and beyond for him to try new foods (which they manage to get him to try!!) I highly recommend this nursery to everyone & I can't wait to send my youngest so he can have the same experiences."

"Little wellies is an excellent privately run nursery that caters to many needs of individuals. My child was really struggling to settle (taken over 6 months) and the staff really persevered with patience, updates and reassurance that our little boy would settle. As parents it's always daunting to send children to nursery however our little one now loves going and has developed so munch socially and intellectually. Staff are friendly, the nursery is secure and children get to experience a mix of playing in and out in addition to occasional trips outside the building. Well done guys and keep up the good work."

"From the moment I first enquired about getting my son's name down during my pregnancy, I knew Little Wellies was the right place. The whole team immediately gave off the most lovely, genuine family feel, which has been consistent throughout our entire experience. They have been absolutely amazing, particularly when it came to making the transition back to work as easy as it possibly could be. As a parent who had spent the whole first year with my little boy, I was understandably nervous, but the staff here ensured he was surrounded by comfort and cuddles every step of the way. I truly couldn't have asked for anything more. My son has settled in brilliantly! The proof is in his behavior: he now waves goodbye, sits happily for his breakfast, and barely gives his dad a backward glance when he drops him off. Thank you so much to the entire Raindrops team (Especially Aimee, Georgia and Megan who have been there from the beginning) for making what is often one of the hardest things a parent and child go through significantly easier than it could have been."

"I was really nervous sending my little boy to nursery as he has SEN needs and I was unfamiliar with the setting as I hadn't sent my older child there. Working in the teaching industry myself I have always been hyper-critical when it comes to choosing a setting for my children and for the families I work with. I have been overwhelmed by the care, love, and support both my son and myself have received. My son has settled into Little Wellies better than I could ever have hoped.
We are greeted at every session with a smile and a welcome greeting by all the staff. The senior leadership team has gone above and beyond to ensure my son is getting the right care put in place for his needs and I am assured every day when I see the big smile on his face when I see him.
They have a holistic approach to the childcare they give and personalise the learning for each child in the setting. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting and I am truly grateful for all their continued hard work"

"My little boy absolutely loves Little Wellies. After a negative start to nursery life in another nursery setting he was a little apprehensive to go. From the minute he did the look around he has fit perfectly into nursery. All the staff in his room are so lovely and caring. only the children's best interests at heart. They have a variety of different activities going on throughout the day and have day trips out to link with their learning. My son has a food intolerance and it is made very clear to the chef that he is not to have that food and it has always been carefully followed. The staff are fully trained and up to date with everything and keep parents up to date with any developments within the nursery as soon as possible. He is safe and can only be picked up by those on the approved list and with the correct password too. I honestly wish my son had been going here from the start of his nursery journey but I'm just so glad he'll finish his journey there. Highly recommend this setting."

Staff are dedicated to meeting each child’s needs, noticing details about their day that stand out, and going out of their way to help each child in ways that are most helpful to them. We really like that updates of their days are regularly shared in the private Facebook group. We also love the fun experiences they get at Little Wellies, from going to the woods, a picnic in the park, toasting marshmallows, to playing in the sensory cabin, and lots of general messy play! They have learnt a lot and their confidence has grown massively. The staff and management are fantastic and have got to know my children very well. My children used to be very shy and would often get very upset leaving their parents (us) but the nursery has ensured they are welcomed each time they arrive and made them feel at ease. I especially like the outdoor facilities and the fact they get fresh air every day. “My little boy started in January and for months, I was so anxious about him starting. I felt like I was doing the wrong thing by him being so young, felt guilty and really worried whether he’d be okay while there. After his first settling-in session, I knew I’d picked the right nursery. I wanted somewhere that looked after their kids just like their own and I can, hand on heart, say that each staff member, that has worked closely with my son, does just that! Every day when I drop him off, he’s the happiest most excited boy ever to see all staff members, whether they work with him in his room or downstairs rooms! He’s always so happy to see them. My son is thriving under their care. He’s now crawling, talking, waving, clapping, pointing, independently playing and playing with others and he’s only just gone 9 months old! I’ve never felt happier knowing my son is being looked after by lots of aunties who he cares for so dearly and vice versa. Huge thanks and hugs to staff in raindrop room upstairs!”
