The care and development of your child is a joint partnership between you and us. As parents, you are your child’s first educator and we will work very closely in partnership with you at every stage. When joining Nursery we will ask for as much information as possible to ensure we are working closely with you for your child’s care and development needs. You will have a great deal of input at all times, whether this is though your daily handover, contributions to your child’s learning journey or your responses to our regular parental surveys. We want to know that we are getting it right and equally, want to know if there is something that we could do better. You will receive a monthly newsletter from nursery as well as communications via social media and email. Upon registration you are invited to join our closed parents’ group on Facebook where we post pictures of all of our daily activities. Each week, we will ask you a new “Question of The Week” to ensure that we are communicating successfully with you.

Above all else, our policy is to have a completely open door and transparent approach. All members of the staff team, including the management team, are entirely approachable and will always work with you to achieve the very best outcome for your child.
