At Little Wellies the safety and welfare of each individual child is paramount. Each setting has its own Designated Safeguarding Lead who is responsible for ensuring all staff support the safeguarding and welfare of each child. He/she is trained to Level 3 in Child Protection. Every other member of staff is trained to Level 2 Child Protection and is regularly updated.
